The story of the Sheep and the Goats in (Matthew 25:31-42) gives a clear picture of God’s ultimate goal for us to help those in difficult situations wherever we find them. After describing who would be called to God’s right hand to inherit the kingdom prepared for them before the foundation of world. In verse 40 He declares ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ HCOI was founded on this cardinal call to spiritually and physically feed the hungry, cloth naked, shelter the homeless, visit the sick with medication, provide relief aid to those in crisis and need God’s intervention and to undo the yoke of injustices

Our identity is defined by our obedience to keep the word of God just as its written John 14:23 If any one loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make our home with him
. This is what defines BQMF members, staff and the faithful partners around the world. We are best known for upright stewardship of God’s given resources and its application to benefit God’s intended purpose of aiding mankind and His planet earth.
BQMF is a registered charity as a not-for-profit Company by Guarantee under Laws of Uganda. Our ultimate goal is set a footprint in every Household within Bugwere realm
Our Journey
Founded by H.R.H. Queen Mother Sarah Harriet Wayabire the first queen of Bugwere Royal kingdom, BQMF is a registered not-for-profit organization focused on child health care, education, nutritional food security, and income generating activities (IGAs) for vulnerable families within Bugwere Royal Kingdom, Eastern Uganda, BQMF is guided by Our Lord Jesus’ work of feeding the hungry, sheltering the homeless, and caring for those in need including advocacy for protection of rights of the most vulnerable people especially disadvantaged Children.

In this season, we find much reason to celebrate, even as we moved forward boldly with the compassion work of Lord Jesus among the poorest and struggling communities. BQMF was born out of a desire to help those in need of God’s compassionate hand to survive and grow. We started this long Journey of responding to our communities’ greatest needs, and much will change over time.
Our mission being to tend, keep and feed God’s people especially those affected by extreme poverty, children lacking access to better education and health care, young women caught up in early pregnancies and marriages, and people whose lives at risk of HIV/AIDS. BQMF programs are geared at delivering lasting impact through innovative programs that empower people — especially OVCs — to be agents of change within their communities. We respond to respond to crises, from helping child mothers to rescuing OVCs throughout Bugwere, our work will now stretch to building long-term improvements in people’s lives by cutting at poverty’s roots.

Statement of Faith
- We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God revealing the love of God to the world.
1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:15-17; John 3:16. - We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Matthew 28:19; John 10:30; Ephesians 4:4-6. - We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood on the cross, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.
Matthew 1:23; John 1:1-4 and 1:29; Acts 1:11 and 2:22-24; Romans 8:34; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Philippians 2:5-11; Hebrews 1:1-4 and 4:15. - We believe that all men everywhere are lost and face the judgment of God that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation, and that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, repentance of sin and faith in Jesus Christ results in regeneration by the Holy Spirit. Furthermore, we believe that God will reward the righteous with eternal life in heaven, and that He will banish the unrighteous to everlasting punishment in hell.

1 Corinthians 12:12, 27; Ephesians 1:22-23. - We believe that the ministry of evangelism (sharing and proclaiming the message of salvation only possible by grace through faith in Jesus Christ) and discipleship (helping followers of Christ grow up into maturity in Christ) is a responsibility of all followers of Jesus Christ.
Matthew 28:18-20; Acts 1:8; Romans 10:9-15; 1 Peter 3:15. - We believe God’s plan for human sexuality is to be expressed only within the context of marriage, that God created man and woman as unique biological persons made to complete each other. God instituted monogamous marriage between male and female as the foundation of the family and the basic structure of human society. For this reason, we believe that marriage is exclusively the union of one genetic male and one genetic female.

Financial Accountability
I will raise up for myself a faithful priest, who will do according to what is in my heart and mind. I will firmly establish his priestly house, and they will minister before my anointed one always
(2samuel 2:35). God work require complete faithfulness and we believe that all we have comes from God and we give it out of His hand.
BQMF'S core value sets the responsibility to be faithful stewards and to maintain integrity and openness in our financial practices. As a ministry called to be a full steward of God’s resources, we are committed to fulfilling sound, Biblical standards.
